Aiding those who have a disability or are ageing and wishing to remain independent and socially included whilst living in their own homes, locally and throughout the Outer Eastern suburbs.

We at Yarra Valley Helping Hands believe our Individual Service Plans create a holistic outcome. Our staff will meet with yourself and your family, design a provision of service that meets all your needs. Allowing for peace of mind for both yourself and family members.

Sometimes it is necessary for your primary carer/s to take some well-deserved personal time. Enabling the recharging of batteries and attention to their own personal well-being. Within an Individual Service Plan times/days will be included to enable such necessity.

There are times when family, friends or local volunteers are unable to assist with transport to and from medical appointments, shopping or social activities. Yarra Valley Helping Hands can to assist with the supply of qualified carers and transport to your appointments or social activities ensuring your safety and well-being.

Do you find cooking a chore or a safety concern? Yarra Valley Helping Hands staff can assist with the cooking of nutritious meals in your home, using your ingredients, made to your special dietary needs and under your expert guidance.

Are you finding the general household chores a little difficult to perform and would like some help? Yarra Valley Helping Hands can arrange staff to attend on a weekly or fortnightly basis to assist with

• Ironing, Washing
• Vacuuming/Mopping floors
• Cleaning of bathrooms/toilets
• Other general chores

Are you or a loved one in need of a social companion. Someone to visit on a regular basis just for a cup of tea and a chat or an outing to a local café, could be a family gathering, the movies or a more formal occasion.
